Sermon Series – Parables about Love and Forgiveness
In a world of overdone bullet points, we instinctively know our best instruction comes from stories. Some of the best advice begins like this: “You know, something like this happened to me once….” Stories. Parables. People have used them for generations to instruct, comfort, and inspire. The greatest teacher “taught them many things, using stories.” (Mark 4:2)
Parables are windows into complexity and bring out the truth in a world filled with facts.
In the month of February, we are looking at the parables that Jesus shared about “Love and Forgiveness.”
