The Family Pastor at Southlake Baptist Church will execute the Student Ministry (7th-12th grade) and oversee the Kidz Ministry (birth-6th grade) and its staff. They will be a leader of leaders who creates from the ground up, sustains thriving ministries, and develops healthy serving teams with a proven track record of growing ministries related to students and kids.
